You're invited...
To Grounded, a casual conversational gathering, designed to enhance your mental, emotional, and relationship health.
For about an hour, every month, you'll join Dr. Sherri Yoder, Founder of Thriving Thoughts Global, along with others (friends and strangers alike) to:
Each Grounded conversation will be centered on a specific topic like self-advocacy, forming beneficial habits, navigating grief, capitalizing on change and transitions, building solid relationships, using self-reflection to your advantage, and learning the essentials of contentment, to name a few.
Your facilitator will help you access and share your own understanding of the topic by inviting you to participate in breakout conversations and whole-group discussion.
At Grounded, you'll develop a deeper understanding of yourself while gaining useful perspectives from others.
Ultimately, you'll learn how to prioritize your mental health in simple, relatable, and engaging ways; all while building community and connection with others.
Will we see you at Grounded?
Join us on the Third Thursday of each month from 5:00 - 6:00pm EST.
Come with a curious mind, expectant of learning how to improve your mental health by changing the way you think. You don't have to participate in the discussion, of course; although you're sure to gain more understanding (and others just might learn from you) when you do.
Grounded is presented by Thriving Thoughts Global (TTG), a 501(c)3, dedicated to promoting mental health and preventing mental ill-health. Each Grounded session is facilitated by a TTG-certified facilitator.
Grounded is sponsored by M&T Bank and is hosted by Brio Coffeehouse, located at 112 South Antrim Way in Greencastle, Pennsylvania.
