Grounded is a monthly in-person gathering where all are welcome. Together, we learn simple, yet life-transforming, thought practices that improve our mental, emotional, and relational well-being. We share ideas about the far-reaching impact of leveraging the way we think. We equip one another to apply and teach what we've learned, because a person who changes her world, changes THE world.
Join us on the Third Thursday of each month from 5:00 - 7:00 pm EST (drop in for all or part). We ask that you arrive with a curious mind, expectant of learning how to thrive. You don't have to participate in the discussion, of course; although you're sure to gain more understanding (and others just might learn from you) when you do.
Grounded is presented by Thriving Thoughts Global (TTG), a 501(c)3, dedicated to promoting mental health and preventing mental ill-health. Each Grounded session is facilitated by a TTG-certified facilitator.
